Shipping Policy

PROCESSING & DELIVERY TIMES

Here at Culinane, all of our pieces are made to order in house. For this reason it can take anywhere from 1-14 Business Days (Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm EST) to ship an order after it is placed. Please note that all estimated shipping times displayed at checkout do not include in-house processing times (1-14 business days). Sizing and customization may require longer period of time in handling.

  • Order handling time (Including production): 1-14 Business Days
  • International Transit time: 3-7 Business Days

To ensure that your package is shipped out as soon as possible, please ensure that your billing, and shipping address both match for credit card purchases and that your shipping address is confirmed if you're using Paypal as your method of payment.

SHIPPING CARRIERS

Various shipping carriers are used at our discretion (USPS, UPS, FedEx, Canada Post, and DHL) depending on the purchase amount, shipping location, and shipping method chosen during checkout. 

*Important information for international customers*: Items shipped outside the US will be subject to custom fees upon delivery. Each country has its own tax rate, so please check with your local post office if you would like to know how much these fees would be. The shipping fees paid upon checkout do not include any custom fees.

 

SHIPPING COSTS

Currently we offer international shipping for 27.95$ USD on all orders below 1,200$ USD and free shipping on all orders above 1,200$ USD (when advertised on the site).

HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER ?

To check the status of your order either use the tracking number that will be provided to you via e-mail with it's corresponding package delivery service provider or contact us at support@culinane.com if you haven't yet received your tracking number due to your order still being in production.

PROCESS FOR MISSING ITEMS

Claims for damaged or missing items must be reported immediately or within 14 days of receipt of your order. Culinane is not responsible for lost or damaged returned shipments. If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or incorrect, and for this reason, the consumer does not need to bear the freight.
