RETURN POLICY

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn/unused, in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us at support@culinane.com

If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions via e-mail on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return/refund will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return question at support@culinane.com.

 

HOW TO PREPARE A RETURN OR EXCHANGE

  • Arrange shipping and insurance. 
  • Package your item(s) securely in the original packing materials. 

DAMAGES AND OTHER ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If a package or item delivered to you arrives damaged, please refuse the shipment or contact us immediately after receiving the shipment at support@culinane.com. Please retain all packing materials unless instructed otherwise by Culinane.

Claims for damaged or missing items must be reported immediately or within 14 days of receipt of your order. Culinane is not responsible for lost or damaged returned shipments. If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or incorrect, and for this reason, the consumer does not need to bear the freight. Consumers are not charged with any purchase fees for returned products.


EXCHANGES

To expedite an exchange for a different product, we recommend returning the original item for a refund and placing a new order after your refund has been processed. Please allow two weeks for your refund to be processed.


AFTER YOUR RETURN IS RECEIVED

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. For more information on refunds please continue reading below.

HOW TO INITIATE A REFUND

REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

Refunds are processed weekdays and typically entered into our system within 24 business hours of the receipt. Once entered into our system you will receive a confirmation email alerting you that your refund request has been passed along to our Quality Assurance department. Please allow five to 15 business days for this process to complete.

If you are expecting a refund, the credit will be submitted to your bank within three business days. It may take your bank up to 10 business days to post the funds to your account (depending on the banking institution). Bank wire refunds typically take seven to 10 business days after the return has been processed. Orders paid for through PayPal will be credited back to your PayPal account (typically within two weeks.)

Please note that after a significant holiday, heavier return volumes can double the normal return processing times. If you are expecting a return shipment, you will receive an email once the outbound shipment date has been set. You will also receive a shipping confirmation email on the day of the outbound shipment.

 

CANCEL OR CHANGE AN ORDER

If you would like to change or cancel an order please contact support@culinane.com. We will attempt to accommodate order changes to the extent possible prior to shipping confirmation. Some changes will result in a shipping delay. We are unable to accommodate changes or cancellations on special order requests and/or orders that have already shipped.

Re-routing packages to alternate addresses are not possible once in transit. If you would like your package held for collection, please contact us. If your order has already shipped and you no longer want it, please contact us to set up a merchandise return once you have received the shipment.

  • Solid Gold Jewelry (unless indicated on the product page)
  • Custom Jewelry
  • Opened or worn products
  • Engraved jewelry items

To complete your return, we require the order number or email address associated with the order. Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery will not be refunded unless authorized under special circumstances.
